• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and existing functionality. • Develop, test, and deploy enhancements across the Salesforce platform. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support. • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. • Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous platform improvements. • Maintain technical documentation for new developments and enhancements.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Strong experience developing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce platform technologies. • Proven experience providing ongoing Salesforce production support (BAU). • Experience delivering platform enhancements and new features in a live Salesforce environment. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with Salesforce integrations and APIs is an advantage. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote team. • Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.). • Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments.
