📋 Description

• Create visually compelling and intuitive UI designs for web and mobile platforms • Translate UX concepts, user flows, and requirements into high-fidelity interfaces • Develop and maintain scalable UI components and design systems • Apply visual hierarchy, typography, color, layout, spacing, and interaction design principles • Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions • Ensure consistency across digital products while following brand guidelines and accessibility standards • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders • Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and pixel-perfect handoff • Stay current with UI, visual, interaction, and digital design trends • Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design quality and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in UI design, visual design, or digital product design • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI work across web and mobile platforms • Strong expertise in visual design, including typography, color, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and composition • Solid understanding of interaction design and ability to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences • Proficiency in Figma and UI/prototyping tools such as Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch • Experience designing and maintaining design systems, reusable UI components, and visual guidelines • Experience creating responsive designs across web and mobile platforms • Strong understanding of accessibility and UI design best practices • Ability to translate UX requirements, user flows, and concepts into polished, high-fidelity UI designs • Strong attention to detail with focus on visual consistency and pixel-perfect execution • Experience collaborating with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders • Strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency • Experience working with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS/React is a plus • Experience working in digital products, fintech, or digital agency environments is an advantage
