📋 Description

• Define the initial AI and digital solutions roadmap • Identify high-impact healthcare problems solvable with AI and digital solutions • Frame solutions that deliver business value • Lead a pilot team for one disease area and prove solutions before scaling • Lead end-to-end cycles from opportunity identification through prototyping, vendor partnerships, and production • Build team capability through mentoring, standards setting, and collaborative learning • Ensure solutions address real healthcare needs and deliver measurable impact • Oversee data platform architecture and internal analytics strategy • Lead Data Managers overseeing the data platform, analytics, and internal dashboards • Partner with the AI Production Manager on external-facing solutions from discovery through production • Report learnings and shape the next phase based on outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare understanding through commercial, clinical, or operational exposure • Understanding of healthcare decision-making • Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations • Data platform fundamentals and data literacy • Ability to brief stakeholders on data health • Commercial sense and ability to frame stakeholder-relevant problems • Understanding of medical, regulatory, and data privacy risks • Ability to lead a small team and provide direction and support • Collaboration mindset and ability to break silos • Hands-on experience in problem definition, solution sketching, and delivery • Experience partnering with AI technology companies and startups • Network in the AI technology and startup ecosystem • Experience managing vendors and structuring creative partnerships • Ability to attract talent, move quickly, and learn from failure
