📋 Description

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to existing customers and membership program members for appointment scheduling and follow-ups • Manage high volume of customer email correspondence, particularly for commercial accounts • Follow up with customers to fill the three-day scheduling board • De-escalate customer concerns and guide upset customers to positive resolutions • Support internal team communications and coordinate with scheduling department • Maintain accurate records in CRM system and track all customer interactions • Contribute to membership program growth through customer engagement • Balance multiple tasks and switch contexts effectively throughout the day

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills (C2 level) - both written and verbal • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required • Proven ability to handle both phone and email customer support • Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills • Experience with CRM systems and email management • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage varying workloads • Comfortable making outbound calls to existing customers • Reliable internet connection (25MB+) and quiet home office setup (computer, monitor, headset)

🏖️ Benefits

• Remote (EST) • Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
