📋 Description
• Administrar sistemas operativos y máquinas virtuales. • Gestionar y configurar servidores web y de correo. • Administrar el entorno Microsoft 365. • Configurar y administrar redes, dominios, DNS y firewalls. • Implementar medidas de seguridad informática y realizar auditorías básicas. • Diseñar, administrar y realizar consultas sobre bases de datos (SQL). • Gestionar backups y seguridad de bases de datos. • Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios. • Administrar telefonía e infraestructura IT. • Gestionar páginas web. • Documentar procedimientos técnicos y proponer mejoras en la infraestructura tecnológica.
🎯 Requirements
• Estudiante avanzado o graduado de carreras vinculadas a Sistemas, Redes o Tecnologías de la Información. • Conocimientos en administración de sistemas Windows y Microsoft 365. • Experiencia en administración de servidores, redes y virtualización. • Conocimientos de SQL y bases de datos. • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma en modalidad remota. • Perfil organizado, proactivo y orientado a la resolución de problemas. • Deseable Conocimientos de programación. • Experiencia con FreshDesk o herramientas similares de mesa de ayuda. • Experiencia documentando procesos e infraestructura IT. • Conocimientos en ciberseguridad, hardening y buenas prácticas. • Inglés técnico.
