Lower scores are less of a worry. How we score it: age, reposts, open roles vs team size, how fast jobs close, and whether pay is listed.Fine print: an estimate from public data, not a judgment of the company. Real jobs can score high, so treat it as a hint, not a fact.

RocketAMS is an Australian founder-led ecommerce agency for brands seeking an experienced partner in their growth journey. We combine boutique agility with enterprise capability, delivering full-service channel management through our team specialists who take proactive ownership of your success. We become an extension of your team, anticipating opportunities and solving problems before you know they exist.

📋 Description

• Own campaign strategy and budgets across a portfolio of ecommerce brands • Be accountable for return on ad spend, measured monthly against targets you help set • Produce reporting that ends in a recommendation rather than a chart • Pace budgets across brands with different margins and risk appetites • Work with brand managers, designers and copywriters to address issues ads cannot fix • Present performance to clients, including in poor-performing months • Run Amazon paid media for leading consumer brands through RocketAMS, an ecommerce agency

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years running paid media, agency side preferred • Hands on time in the platforms, not oversight of someone else doing it • Comfort owning a monthly budget and answering for it • Strong written communication, because a large part of this job is explaining numbers to people who do not live in them • Google Sheets, plus a willingness to live in ClickUp and Slack • Ecommerce, retail or direct to consumer clients (nice to have) • GA4, Looker Studio, SA360 or similar (nice to have) • Retail media at Coles, Woolworths or Chemist Warehouse (nice to have) • Any exposure to Amazon, marketplaces or Shopify (nice to have)

🏖️ Benefits

• Remote first across Australia, with coworking in Sydney and Melbourne if you want it • Real ownership of your accounts, no layers • A specialism that will shape your next 10 years, taught by people who built this channel • Real ownership – you run your client portfolio end-to-end • Clear progression – this role grows into senior leadership as the agency scales • High trust environment – autonomy with accountability • Fast-moving agency – no layers, no fluff • Remote-first across Australia, with optional coworking in Melbourne and Sydney • Modern tools – ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
