📋 Description

• You don't just cut footage together — you build visual arguments that convince within the first 3 seconds. • Production of high-performance video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & Snapchat. • Cutting and remixing raw footage into converting direct-response videos. • Developing strong hooks and data-driven iteration of variant sets. • Visual storytelling and pacing through quick cuts and appropriate sound design. • Incorporation of native text overlays, captions/subtitles and motion elements. • Collaboration with creative strategists and use of modern tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro • Solid working knowledge of After Effects • Experience with CapCut is a big plus • Social-native mindset • Performance-driven mindset • Sense of rhythm and pacing • Ability to deliver quickly / rapid turnaround • Ability to blend brand-driven creativity with performance goals • Curiosity and tech affinity • Strong sense of ownership
