📋 Description

• Execute Rocket Clicks’ organic search playbook for the client’s industry • Ensure account execution follows the company First Principles methodology • Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting • Execute SEO tasks within the weekly sprint planning framework • Update websites through CMSs or direct code injection • Collaborate with design and editing partners on compelling marketing content • Conduct regular technical SEO health checks for web properties • Implement and confirm conversion tracking for reporting and measurement • Attend internal virtual client meetings • Audit client and prospect accounts to identify growth opportunities • Use generative AI to develop search-friendly website content • Conduct research supporting marketing initiatives and direction

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years working in professional services organizations • 2+ years of professional SEO experience • Prior agency experience is a strong plus • Ability to figure out new tasks and processes • Strong desire to grow and learn; highly coachable • Technically savvy and able to understand how systems interact • High standard of excellence and attention to detail • Collaborative experience as part of SEO teams • Understanding of how businesses acquire customers digitally • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and HubSpot • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahrefs • Experience reporting against defined performance metrics • Availability Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central Standard Time
