📋 Description

• Execute Rocket Clicks playbook for the particular client industry • Ensure account execution follows company First Principles methodology • Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting • Execute SEO tasks within weekly sprint planning framework • Make updates to websites through CMS’ or direct code injection • Work with design and editing partners to ensure marketing campaigns use compelling content creative • Execute regular technical SEO health checks for web properties • Implement and confirm conversion tracking for reporting and measurement • Attend internal virtual client meetings for task context and clarity • Execute audits of client and prospect accounts to identify growth opportunities • Work with generative AI to develop search-friendly content for client websites • Execute research to support marketing initiatives and direction • Participate in internal sprint meetings and strategy sessions • Prioritize critical tasks and find efficiencies through automation and delegation

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years working in professional services organizations • 2+ years of professional experience in SEO • Prior agency experience is a strong plus • Ability to figure out new tasks and processes • Strong desire to grow and learn; highly coachable • Technically savvy and able to understand how systems interact • High standard of excellence and accuracy • Collaborative experience as part of SEO teams • Understanding of how businesses acquire customers digitally • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and HubSpot • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahrefs • Experience reporting against defined performance metrics • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM Central Standard Time
