📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot the client's WordPress website and related satellite sites, microsites, and location or practice-area domains • Ensure sites are fast, secure, mobile-responsive, and built to convert • Monitor uptime, performance, and security across the full site network • Proactively catch outages or degradation and resolve issues before they affect leads, rankings, or brand reputation • Manage servers and deployments, including staging-to-production workflows, backups, uptime, and performance • Maintain clear documentation for each environment • Build and maintain integrations between websites, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and third-party systems • Monitor web lead capture, qualify lead issues, and work with marketing and sales teams to resolve breakdowns • Query and manage relational SQL databases for reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting • Use APIs to connect internal and third-party tools • Build or troubleshoot automations such as Zapier • Actively use AI tools to speed development, debug issues, and improve or rebuild projects • Support A/B testing, analytics tracking, and on-page SEO best practices • Write and maintain technical documentation for integrations, deployment processes, and recurring workflows • Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, outside agencies, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in web development • Proficient in PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Comfortable working with WordPress, including theme/plugin customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and connecting third-party systems • Experience maintaining or deploying to a web server, including staging-to-production workflows • Hands-on experience with CRM and/or marketing automation tools; Salesforce experience is a strong plus • Skilled, enthusiastic user of AI tools who actively applies them to build and improve projects faster • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects at once • Clear written and verbal communication • Please attach work samples or a portfolio along with your resume to apply • Familiarity with on-page and technical SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush is preferred, not required
