📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for products, from ideation and conceptualization to detailed UX/UI design • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy • Facilitate design critiques and workshops • Own the product design strategy and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams • Work with user researchers to conduct usability testing • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs • Create and refine visual systems and patterns across platforms • Mentor a team of designers

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of experience in product design • Portfolio demonstrating strong design expertise across mobile and web platforms • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools • Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and typography • Experience conducting and incorporating user research and usability testing into design iterations • Familiarity with front-end development concepts
