📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of full-stack features, from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and optimization • Build across the front end (Next.js or React with a NestJS GraphQL integration layer) and back end (.NET / C#, NestJS GraphQL) • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers to shape the servicing experience end to end • Contribute to decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices • Deploy and operate applications on AWS and Amazon EKS through CI/CD pipelines • Use AI tools and agentic development workflows to increase engineering speed and improve quality • Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience • Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications • Hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework (Next.js or React) and a NestJS GraphQL integration layer • Hands-on experience with back-end development in .NET / C# and NestJS GraphQL • Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS and Amazon EKS / Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines • Experience using AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
