📋 Description

• Work on projects for public sector clients • Full‑stack development in regulated enterprise environments • Help shape architecture, not just implement it • Generate, review and refactor code • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring within the team • Coordinate with Product Owners, UX and DevOps

🎯 Requirements

• Senior level • Java (17+) and Spring Boot • REST APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle, etc.) • Docker and Kubernetes • CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Git, agile working • Frontend: React / Next.js or Angular, each with TypeScript • Accessibility (BITV 2.0 / WCAG AA) • DevSecOps / Security by Design • Experience in regulated environments or the public sector • Nice to have: Apache Kafka / asynchronous communication • Microservices, Domain-Driven Design, JPA/Hibernate • Monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), object storage (S3) • Testing (JUnit, Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
