📋 Description

• Provide customer support through on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. • Perform project management function for customer projects including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. • Develop and write documentation as required (validation project plans, standard operating procedures, qualification summary reports, system audits, technical reports, traceability matrix, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Legal authorization to work in the US is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, no or in the future, for this job opening. • The ability to travel 50% of the time. • A valid driver's license. • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Technology-related field (Preferred) • Typically requires minimum 5 years of related experience • Experience in industrial automation in Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Metals, Water/Wastewater or others (Preferred) • Low Voltage PowerFlex Drives or Medium Voltage Drives (Preferred) • PLC programming experience, using RSLogix 5, 500, 5000, and FactoryTalk Studio software (Preferred) • Studio5000, ControlLogix, CompactLogix PowerFlex products and applications (Preferred) • Ethernet/IP, Stratix Switches (Preferred) • Servo/Motion control (Preferred) • Multiple networks, including EtherNet, ControlNet, and DeviceNet (Preferred)
