📋 Description

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including social media • Create written and visual marketing materials • Maintain, enhance, and provide editorial support for websites in the WordPress CMS • Develop sales initiatives such as email campaigns and sales letters • Develop creative ideas and new approaches for marketing and sales initiatives • Work cross-functionally with other departments and specialist teams • Help advance digital communications within the Advisory & IT business unit through modern AI solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field • Professional experience in online marketing • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, and common marketing and social media platforms • Experience creating written and visual marketing materials • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage • Creativity, resourcefulness, and a strong drive to shape new marketing and sales initiatives • Proficiency in MS Office • Strong affinity for technology and enthusiasm for forward-looking AI and digitalization solutions • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration • Very good written and spoken German and English
