📋 Description
• Expand product market presence for Rogers Elastomeric Material Solutions products • Increase sales specific to the Military and Defense markets by directly managing specific customers • Win new business by providing expert support, training and assistance • Achieve sales growth objectives, identify sales opportunities, devise plans for pursuing sales leads, and provide sales forecasts and reports • Provide in-field training to other sales staff and customers • Monitor, analyze, and report on competitive activities • Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide engineering inputs for developing new digital material products or modifying existing products • Participate in creating marketing, brand strategy and developing new product promotion materials • Other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field • 10+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or strategic partnerships involving complex military and defense primes • Experience developing marketing and promotional strategies • DoD Security Clearance
