📋 Description
• We're building Al thought partners to make people smarter and more creative, accelerating the creation and sharing of knowledge in financial services. • Our team is lean, smart, and enormously ambitious. • We’re looking for our next product designer to help lead design projects from idea through implementation and launch. • You’ll help set the early design culture, finding the right balance between speed and process in a hyper-growth company. • You will need to be fast, flexible, and adaptable. • Above all else, you should be focused on designing the best solution and building the best product for our customers. • Invent novel UI/UX for next-gen Generative AI products. • Contribute to overall product direction & feature decision-making. • Run end-to-end design projects, working closely with engineers & other stakeholders through implementation & iteration. • Create features and novel UI/UX improvements that can be executed quickly. • Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. • Work closely with product/engineering/GTM to design features & products. • Work with engineering during implementation for CSS and contribute to implementation yourself. • Help with establishing the early design culture and process within the company.

• You create amazing designs quickly • You're highly autonomous, curious, and entrepreneurial at heart • Excellent aesthetic taste • Passion for building best-in-class products to solve real customer pain points • A strong portfolio demonstrating product design, UX, & visual design. • Figma expert • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet constraints • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you have to take extreme ownership to push forward • You're extremely collaborative • Experience with programming (minimum HTML/CSS) and using technical tools like GitHub • 2-5+ years of experience in product design at VC-funded or growth startups • Experience in designing in B2B / commercial environment
