• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop innovative solutions • Design and implement tailored strategies and business models • Lead project workstreams and deliver high-quality deliverables on time • Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence • Support junior team members and contribute to their professional development • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice • Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Adapt quickly to different industries and business environments

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry positions • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach • Strong business acumen and industry insights • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Proven track record of developing creative solutions from strategy to implementation • Demonstrated leadership potential and experience working in diverse teams • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau) • Outstanding project management and organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Commitment to excellence and continuous learning • Strong research and report writing abilities • Adaptability to different industries and client needs • Fluency in English and Italian; additional language skills are advantageous
