📋 Description

• Our Construction & Chemicals practice groups advise the top management of globally leading companies and investors along the entire value chain in the construction/building materials sector as well as in the high-growth markets of the chemical and materials industries. • Together with our international clients, we develop tailored concepts and implement them: from the strategic realignment of their businesses, through the design of innovative process flows, to new organizational models. • As a Project Manager (all genders), you will lead and shape projects in the construction/building materials sector and advise construction suppliers, building materials distributors, construction companies, facility/industrial management and corporate real estate management. • In the Chemicals/Materials area, you will primarily support our clients in the high-growth markets of the chemical and materials industries.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent degree from a university or international business school in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study • 5–10 years of professional experience in consulting with at least 20% of project work focused on construction or chemicals topics • Industry experience with a focus on construction or chemicals is an advantage • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong intellectual capabilities, as well as a holistic approach to problem solving • Inclusive leadership style with strong facilitation and communication skills • International experience and very good German and English language skills
