📋 Description

• Manage accounts receivable operations, including timely preparation and issuance of customer invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and driving collection efforts to minimize aged receivables. • Manage accounts payable processes, including review, verification, recording, and timely settlement of supplier invoices in accordance with approved payment terms.. • Process monthly payroll by validating payroll inputs, coordinating approvals, and ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements. • Record accruals, intercompany transactions, and other accounting entries in the ERP system, ensuring supporting documentation is verified, maintained, and readily accessible for audit and compliance purposes. • Manage treasury operations, including execution of approved payments, monitoring bank receipts, and performing regular bank reconciliations. • Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheet schedules and revenue/debtor reconciliations against the accounting ERP. • Support month-end and year-end financial close activities, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded within prescribed timelines. • Prepare and submit GST/SST returns and ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. • Assist in interim and year end audits, and process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations, with demonstrated ownership of financial processes and strong attention to detail. • Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, treasury management, payroll, and statutory compliance requirements. • Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems (such as Xero, Tally or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Technology-forward mindset with a willingness to leverage AI-powered tools. • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
