📋 Description
• Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert. • Manages complex client engagements and mentors junior team members. • Configures HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization. • Oversees SIT and UAT cycles ensuring quality signoffs on deliverables. • Guides and mentors Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. • 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations. • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc). • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills. • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
