📋 Description
• Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. • Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. • Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. • Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. • 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations. • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc). • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills. • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
