📋 Description

• Independently deliver HRIS module configurations. • Manage client interactions and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise. • Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specifications. • Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices. • Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. • Perform or support data migration activities as required. • Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. • Collect and process feedback to drive system changes. • Deliver end-user training on different modules. • Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation. • Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. • Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback. • Document clear business needs during workshops with moderate guidance. • Configure and troubleshoot with growing confidence. • Lead workshops and extract insights from discussions. • Convey ideas clearly and keep stakeholders informed. • Manage own responsibilities with minimal reminders. • Review work carefully, reducing avoidable mistakes. • Balance client requests with solution feasibility. • Analyze root causes and propose solutions for common issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. • 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience. • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills. • Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
