📋 Description

• Build strong partnerships with veterinary clinics through meaningful business discussions, educational support, and trusted consultative selling. • Identify opportunities within existing accounts while acquiring new customers across the assigned territory. • Translate clinical and operational needs into diagnostic solutions supporting patient care and practice growth. • Promote and expand the use of IDEXX diagnostic equipment, tests, services, consumables, and reference laboratory offerings. • Work toward quarterly and annual growth goals through territory planning and account development. • Educate veterinarians and clinic staff on IDEXX products, services, and marketing programs. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Laboratory Operations. • Represent IDEXX at industry conferences, trade shows, and educational events. • Stay current on veterinary industry trends, diagnostics, and IDEXX innovations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proven success in a sales-focused environment with a track record of achieving goals. • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. • Experience developing and managing long-term customer relationships. • Ability to understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with others. • A self-motivated mindset with the drive to deliver results. • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Solid analytical capabilities and comfort interpreting customer business data. • Knowledge of the veterinary industry or veterinary diagnostics is preferred. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
