📋 Description

• Collaborate with project engineers, suppliers and customers to understand and implement requirements for new projects • Develop new software modules or configure existing modules based on project requirements • Procure and evaluate communication interfaces from selected device manufacturers • Implement communication for the aforementioned devices and ensure cyber-secure installation • Integrate our solution into customers' existing SCADA systems • Participate in commissioning and troubleshooting for projects • Use and configure our software to support the service team as second-level support • Document project tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification • Several years of experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, M-Bus, IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104/101, OPC/UA • Several years of experience working with PLCs in an industrial environment, preferably with B&R Automation • Field experience with electrical systems (PV, wind, battery, gas generators, emergency/backup power systems) is a major plus • Practical experience with TCP/IP networks (router configuration, topologies) is a major plus • Knowledge of cyber-secure systems is an advantage • Excellent communication skills • Fluent German and good English skills • Willingness to travel • Teamwork and communication come naturally to you; you are committed and responsible • Willingness to learn and the ability to work independently are a matter of course for you.
