📋 Description

• Accurately enter property listings, client information, transaction records, and other relevant data into our database and management systems. • Review and update data regularly to ensure it is current, complete, and error-free. • Organize and maintain physical and digital records, including lease agreements, contracts, and customer communications. • Assist in the creation and modification of data entry templates, ensuring proper categorization and formatting. • Generate and prepare regular reports on property status, client inquiries, and other business metrics as requested by management. • Perform periodic audits and data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all entries. • Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth data flow and efficient handling of information.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or a related role (real estate experience is a plus). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and comfortable using data management software (CRM systems or property management software experience is a plus). • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
