📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop a talented team of engineers. • Foster a culture of ownership, testing and quality. • Drive the delivery of impactful projects, from ideation to production. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers. • Actively participate in hiring engineers. • Maintain technical involvement, reviewing code and contributing to architecture discussions. • Improve engineering processes to drive velocity, alignment and clear communication. • Collaborate with other engineering managers and the Senior EM.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Software Engineer, has built and maintained production systems. • 1–2 years of experience managing engineers, including one-on-ones. • Experience in a high-growth or scaling company is a strong plus. • Strong understanding of system design, architecture and engineering best practices. • Strong product collaboration mindset, enjoys working closely with PMs and Designers. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, inspires trust, clarity and accountability. • Servant leader: empathetic, organized and passionate about helping people do their best work. • Comfortable balancing technical depth with people leadership and delivery outcomes. • Fluent in English and based in the European time zone (UTC+0 / UTC+2).
