📋 Description
• Own and maintain the product delivery roadmap • Prioritise work in collaboration with leadership, engineering and Customer Success • Manage Jira and help coordinate development and support workloads • Work with customers and our customer-facing team to understand, document and clarify requirements • Break down requirements into clear, actionable work for the development team • Track delivery, remove blockers and help ensure projects stay on schedule • Help improve the way we plan, prioritise and deliver product enhancements as the business grows
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Delivery Management or Product Management • Communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders • Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions • Understands how software is built, even if you’re not an engineer • Can balance customer needs with technical realities • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership • Bonus points if you have experience with Hospitality technology, hotel distribution platforms, Property Management Systems, booking engines, channel managers, Payment platforms or payment integrations
