β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional designations related to insurance are a plus β’ Hands-on experience with analytical techniques to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights; familiarity with SQL-based data analysis preferred β’ 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product management, underwriting, analytics or a related role within personal lines insurance β’ Relentless focus on business outcomes β’ Mental flexibility to understand and leverage Rootβs data-science-driven and technology-forward culture β’ Ability to communicate effectively across functions, concisely summarizing conclusions from technical analysis β’ Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing and executing on the most critical projects.
