📋 Description
• Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and/or emails in a professional manner. • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and order support. • Follow company protocols for documentation and data entry. • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Provide timely, courteous, and effective customer support.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 18 or older. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Reliable computer, internet connection, and headset. • Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently. • Self-motivated and organized. • Preferred (Not Required): Prior customer service, call center, or remote work experience. • Bilingual skills.
