⢠Responsibility for expanding and managing the international company bike leasing offering (e.g., JobRad) ⢠Development of business cases as well as marketing collaborations and concepts for the leasing area ⢠Central point of contact for internal departments such as Marketing, Retail, Finance, and leasing partners ⢠Establishment and further development of strategic partnerships in the leasing market with a focus on customer needs ⢠Further development of digital solutions to simplify the leasing process (e.g., online shop optimization, integration of interfaces/APIs) ⢠Improvement of company bike leasing processes to enhance the customer experience ⢠Strategic expansion and management of partnerships with company bike leasing partners ⢠Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Retail, Accounting, and Marketing ⢠Independent responsibility for developing monitoring processes
⢠Degree in Business, Sales, or a comparable qualification ⢠At least three years of experience in the leasing business or in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in the bicycle or mobility sector ⢠Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities ⢠Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style ⢠Passion for bicycles, mobility, and sustainable concepts ⢠Excellent German and English skills
