📋 Description

• Supporting cross-departmental matters and projects as they arise • Preparing correspondence, for example with business partners, as well as organizing and following up on relevant matters • Conducting comprehensive research on specific legal issues and projects • Supporting the Legal Team in negotiations and contract management • Contributing to the development of policies, guidelines, and processes, for example in compliance and risk management • Drafting, reviewing, and assessing contracts, summaries, presentations, legal opinions, statements, and other legal documents in German and English • Serving as a point of contact for internal departments and providing initial internal recommendations on legal matters

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business law, law, or a related field, or completed training as a legal and notary assistant • Ideally, initial experience or internships in a company or law firm • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and all standard MS applications • Structured, conscientious, and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working • Independent, reliable, proactive, highly committed, and motivated • Interest in addressing legal issues and developing solutions in a business context • Fluent, business-level German and English, both written and spoken
