📋 Description

• Ongoing client representation and business development • Supporting the expansion of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice • Establishing structures • Implementing IT solutions • Advising and supporting companies, investors, founders, and executives on matters of business law

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience • Proven experience advising companies in crisis situations, in particular • Experience with insolvency plan proceedings and StaRUG proceedings • Experience defending managing directors and other company officers against liability claims • Experience with avoidance actions in insolvency proceedings • Strong communicator with a proactive, results-oriented approach • Ability to work independently and excellent teamwork skills • Outstanding relevant qualifications, particularly excellent bar examination results • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous working style • Willingness to travel (approximately two two-day trips to Berlin per month) • CV and standard application documents
