📋 Description

• Advise our German and international customers and sell bicycles, bike parts, spare parts, clothing and cycling accessories • Process customer orders and handle complaints and claims • Plan and set up product displays in the store • Perform basic workshop tasks • Hand over new bicycles to customers • Help shape our cycling community and inspire people to become part of it

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail (ideally with a focus on bicycle technology) or completed training as a bicycle mechatronics technician • Enthusiasm for the bike and outdoor industries • Strong service and customer orientation • Very good written and spoken German and confident use of MS Office programs • Knowledge of English is an advantage
