📋 Description

• You advise our German and international customers and sell bicycles, bike parts, spare parts, clothing and cycling accessories • You record customer orders and process complaints • You plan and design the product presentation in the shop • You take on basic workshop tasks • You hand over new bicycles to our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a retail salesperson, ideally in bicycle technology, or completed training as a bicycle mechanic (Zweiradmechatroniker/-in) • Enthusiasm for the bike and outdoor industries • Strong service and customer orientation • Very good written and spoken German skills and confident use of MS Office programs • Knowledge of English is an advantage
