• Ownership & objectives: act as the strategic-creative link between Content, Marketing and Customer Experience • Develop content and customer journeys to increase customer retention • Create content-driven CRM concepts for newsletters and automated emails • Produce clear, structured briefings for Design, CRM and Copywriting • Analyze trends, competitors and tools and derive concrete ideas • Structure content testing & A/B tests and derive data-driven learnings • Develop efficient workflows for content creation and optimization
• 1–3 years of professional experience in CRM, content or customer retention (startup, e‑commerce or agency) • Strong writing skills with the ability to write for target audiences and a keen sense of tone and impact • Conceptual and analytical thinking, using KPIs such as open rate, CTR and conversion to optimize performance • Initial experience with CRM or email tools (e.g., Klaviyo) or a strong willingness to learn • Structured, team-oriented working style in cross-functional setups with CRM, Brand and Product • German at native level, good command of English
