• Manage all sales activities related to Water & Power opportunities in the assigned territory. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with End Users, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Channel Partners. • Effectively oversee local channel partners (Manufacturer’s Representatives and Distributors) to maximize performance. • Monitor and pursue project sales, service opportunities, and aftermarket sales with existing customers. • Serve as the first point of contact for customer needs while coordinating with the Factory Service Group when required. • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates to ensure visibility into sales activities across the organization. • Stay informed about competitive positioning and market developments. • Collaborate with the Country Manager and other Area Sales Managers to develop sales strategies aligned with company goals. • Provide regular business forecasts for all products and services. • Prepare monthly sales reports with the Regional Sales Manager to support accurate forecasting.
• Proven experience managing sales of products and services for capital projects, resellers, and end users. • Experience managing a channel partner network. • Engineering degree or similar technical qualification. • Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality service to internal and external customers. • Excellent interpersonal, tact, and diplomatic skills when dealing with staff, customers, and suppliers. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Experience selling engineered industrial automation products or process equipment. • Strong time‑management and planning skills. • High level of self‑motivation, independence, and accountability. • Knowledge of the water and wastewater market.
