📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end production planning and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products. • Oversee and guide Production Coordinators and other team members to maintain smooth operations and consistent communication across departments. • Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to align priorities and resolve production challenges proactively. • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate timelines, capacity, and pricing to support company objectives. • Monitor KPIs including lead times, quality performance, and production efficiency, identifying areas for continuous improvement. • Anticipate potential bottlenecks, supply risks, and quality issues; implement corrective action plans as needed. • Support the execution of new product launches, ensuring readiness across production, materials, and delivery timelines. • Partner with leadership to develop long-term production strategies and improve scalability across our supply chain. • Maintain accurate production data and documentation in ERP and inventory systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in furniture, manufacturing, or a related industry. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor or supplier relationships. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure. • Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and inventory management software. • In-depth understanding of production workflows, quality control, and supply chain logistics. • Relevant product and sourcing experience will be considered a strong asset. • A passion for design, craftsmanship, and delivering high-quality products that reflect Rove’s brand values.
