📋 Description
• Lead and manage the corporate product launch / re-launch process from concept to market delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget. • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Marketing, Compliance, Procurement, and Production, to drive project success. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments to mitigate potential issues. • Manage communication across all stakeholders to drive clarity and ensure alignment to established timelines. • Monitor and report on project progress. Provide progress updates / reports for which include both problems and proposed solutions. • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs. • Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess performance and implement continuous improvements. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. • Provide Project Management support to additional corporate initiatives as requested.
🎯 Requirements
• Project management certification (PMP), or equivalent knowledge and experience • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Product Development, or a related field. • 3-5 years of project management experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry. • Significant experience and proficiency in the use of project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.) • Strong knowledge of product development processes, regulatory compliance, and supply chain management. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
