• Create a detailed user guide (pool-manager-guide.md) covering all aspects of using the Roxonn platform from a Pool Manager's perspective. • Key sections to include: Introduction to Roxonn for Pool Managers, Getting Started (account setup, dashboard), Managing Repositories on Roxonn, Funding Reward Pools (XDC/ROXN), Creating and Managing Bounties, Reviewing Contributions & Allocating Rewards, Distributing Rewards (on-chain process), Best Practices for Pool Managers, Troubleshooting & FAQ.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Technical Writing or creating software documentation. • Excellent clear communication and writing skills in English. • Ability to explain complex concepts simply and accurately. • Familiarity with GitHub and open-source project workflows. • Ability to create clear screenshots and potentially simple diagrams. • Understanding of Web3/Blockchain concepts or a strong willingness to learn them quickly. • Experience writing for a global audience.
