📋 Description

• Work closely with business areas to understand needs and translate requirements into scalable data solutions aligned with organizational objectives. • Conduct requirements gathering and map business processes and data flows between systems. • Define and validate business rules, metrics, KPIs and corporate indicators. • Design and evolve data models for Data Warehouse, Data Lake and Lakehouse environments. • Define dimensional modeling strategies, including facts, dimensions, granularity and relationships. • Develop data architectures using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake and Power BI. • Ensure data quality, consistency and traceability across pipelines. • Define standards for ingestion, transformation, quality and provisioning of data across Bronze, Silver and Gold layers. • Act as a technical reference for Data Engineering, BI and Analytics teams. • Support solution implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural and business definitions. • Produce documentation of data models, business rules and corporate indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in data modeling for analytical environments (Data Warehouse, Data Lake or Lakehouse), including dimensional modeling, defining facts, dimensions, metrics, indicators and granularity. • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into data solutions, working on the definition and standardization of corporate metrics and indicators. • Experience in data architecture projects, integration across different information sources, and data governance, quality and traceability. • Ability to act consultatively with business areas and technical teams. • Knowledge of Advanced SQL, Data Warehouse and/or Lakehouse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Power BI, Semantic Modeling and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver and Gold). • Differentials: • Experience with Microsoft Fabric. • Knowledge of Data Vault. • Experience defining a Single Source of Truth (SSOT). • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM). • Experience with data catalog and governance tools. • Experience in Data Warehouse modernization to Lakehouse projects. • Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate certification or equivalent.
