• Manage the recruitment, selection, and deployment of qualified crew members for various vessels. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manning agents and training institutions for sourcing crew. • Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and organizational policies related to crewing. • Prepare and manage crew budgets and assist in payroll processing. • Monitor and evaluate crew performance, implement training and development programs as necessary. • Oversee crew documentation, contracts, and certificates to ensure all requirements are met. • Conduct regular audits and assessments of crewing operations for continuous improvement. • Provide guidance and leadership to the crewing team and support in resolving any crew-related issues. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of crewing functions within the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in crewing management, preferably within the maritime industry. • Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and crewing practices. • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office applications and crew management software. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Fluency in both English and Filipino is preferred. • Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
