📋 Description
• Talking to 30-40 patients per day from partnered medical practices • Educating patients on the advantages of remote patient monitoring • Facilitating a seamless transition for converted patients to the dedicated care team through efficient internal communication and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• BS/BA is a plus • Additional bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Korean, Italian) • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
