• Lead activities related to paint process quotation and acquisition phases for new automotive projects • Perform technical analysis and design reviews of paint processes for new products • Support early development phases in collaboration with plant paint process teams • Coordinate and drive problem-solving activities related to paint technologies • Manage open technical topics and align solutions with plant engineering teams • Lead paint technology discussions and improvements within cross-functional paint groups • Participate in paint technology networks and R&I initiatives to ensure knowledge sharing • Analyze and implement new customer standards and requirements within plant operations • Contribute to the continuous improvement of painting technologies and manufacturing processes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or a related technical field • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive paint processes or related manufacturing technologies • Experience participating in technical projects or project teams • Good understanding of automotive paint systems and process development • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment • Strong communication skills in English
