📋 Description

• Organize and accurately categorize monthly transactions in Zoho Books and banking • Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements, accounting records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with GA tax law and optimizing deductions • Conduct financial audits, reconcile bank statements, and maintain year-round record accuracy • Provide financial advice and develop financial and budgeting models, tax strategies, and risk management plans • Support the CEO with financial analysis to guide executive decision-making • Improve record keeping and workflows in Zoho Books and support future AI-driven financial process implementation • Assist with integration between QuickBooks and Zoho Books (preferred) • Ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation (required) • Tax attorney preferred (preferred) • Proven experience with Zoho Books and QuickBooks • Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and tax preparation • Knowledge of GA tax law, compliance, and filing requirements • Experience with auditing, reconciliation, and financial planning • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote environment • Experience with Zoho/QuickBooks integration (preferred but not required)
