📋 Description

• Oversee design and configuration of Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Benefits, and Security Administration in Workday. • Lead a team of Workday analysts responsible for ensuring pay, leave, and benefits operations are accurate, timely, and compliant. • Serve as the primary Workday security architect, ensuring appropriate role-based access, audit readiness, and SOD controls. • Collaborate with Payroll Operations, Finance, Benefits, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure aligned delivery of Workday capabilities. • Manage payroll-related integrations and ensure alignment between time, absence, and payroll modules. • Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement across assigned modules. • Ensure compliance with all legal, audit, and internal policy requirements related to benefits and payroll system administration. • Champion new Workday release features, drive adoption, and assess operational impacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 8+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 5 years focused on Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, or Security. • Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Security. • Proven track record leading functional teams and managing complex system configurations. • Workday Pro Certifications in relevant modules are a strong plus. • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders including payroll, benefits, IT security, and compliance. • Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization and system reliability.
