📋 Description

• responsible for monitoring the firm’s audit practice • executing such activities as the internal inspection program, CPAB inspection, CPA provincial inspections • assisting in the creation and monitoring of policies, tools, guidance, and training • preparing communications for senior executives related to regulatory inspection audit quality matters • performing file reviews to ensure that file is compliant with Canadian Auditing Standards and RSM Audit methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required) • CPA license in principal place of business (required) • Working knowledge of CAS, IFRS and ASPE • Working knowledge of PCAOB and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards • Strong oral and written communications skills • Robust performance history and demonstration of excellence • Strong social and people skills and ability to adapt quickly to change • 8+ years’ of post qualification experience (required)
