• Support the identification and development of learning and performance-related business initiatives • Conduct needs assessments • Design learning curriculums • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure overall success of learning and development plans • Observe training and provide feedback and creative solutions for enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years relevant experience • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint • Basic knowledge of instructional design principles • Strong skills in interpersonal and communication (verbal and written), problem solving, organizational and time management, project management • Ability to respond and be adaptable to changing priorities
