📋 Description

• Brief program and customer leadership teams on Supply Chain status, material constraints and risk mitigation or opportunity capture plans • Support supplier negotiations and drive PO placement as required to meet program cost and schedule objectives • Contribute to timely and compliant quarterly Estimates At Completion (EACs) to include Risk & Opportunity management • Identifying Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (T-Attachments) and/or Modifications (TCMs). • Assisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs). • Generating Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs), and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals/quotes. • Generating and processing Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests. • Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance. • Willingness to travel domestically/internationally, as required (expected to be <25%)

🎯 Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience • An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years relevant experience • Experienced professional who has worked in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment. • Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements. • Program Management, Material Program Management, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and/or Strategic Sourcing • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
