📋 Description

• Manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials • Execute procurement processes, including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management • Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations • Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services • Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance • Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality to ensure uninterrupted supply • Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement solutions • Maintain compliance with company policies • Contribute to continuous process improvements and support Supply Chain objectives

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience • Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain or procurement environment, including Oracle, Epicor, People Soft, APEX or PRISM • Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight • Advanced proficiency in English • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English • Experience analyzing supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving delivery issues • Experience with SAP procurement functions, MRP, Business Warehouse, or Business Objects • Familiarity with Lean principles and their application in procurement and supply chain processes • Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, with a focus on ensuring compliance • APICS or ISM certification a plus
