📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. • Support creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations. • Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices. • Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. • Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies. • Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the workstream as part of program. • Sustainment support – Provide end-users assistance for issues related to SAP treasury functionality, including BAM Support implementation of new bank accounts from a technical perspective, ensuring bank connectivity, proper bank file formats and services are in place and functional • Identify, escalate and resolve bank payment file processing issues to optimize operations • Advanced payment Management Support for Sunset of custom Treasury Applications and transition to std S4 functionality • System monitoring – Responsible for the integrations inbound and outbound and supporting any failures that may arise.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience. • Hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities, especially in the areas of FI-GL, FI-BL, FI-AA, Reporting and Profit center accounting, Trading Platform Integration, and Market Rates Management functionality • Experience supporting SAP integrations for Treasury Operations, e.g Treasury applications including SWIFT, Finastra, FXall, CoProcess, and Reuters and other custom treasury applications. • Background supporting finance processes including but not limited to: Finance Master Data, Allocations, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, G/L, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Period Close & Consolidation, Project Accounting
